Baseball Haiku

Baseball Haiku

fastball
clanks off the backstop—
ice cream truck

record heat
even a pop fly
to center takes it slow

nursing home
on good days grandpa curses
Bucky Bleeping Dent

kids in the bleachers
resurrect a wave—
down to the final out
